Quarterbacks at the Meadowlands

Eli Manning is going to be the Giants quarterback for years to come. His contract extension is getting the finishing touches and is supposed to be worth over 90 million dollars with 35 million guaranteed. This makes him one of the highest paid players in the league. Giants fans hope Manning can bring more championships to the Meadowlands in the upcoming years. It’s becoming the talk throughout the Meadowlands that this will be a special season.

The Jets hope their first-round draft pick Mark Sanchez can be as productive as Manning has. With two exciting quarterbacks playing in the Meadowlands the final year at Giants Stadium should be an exciting one. Fans will be able to enjoy an action packed season with both teams looking to close out the original Giants Stadium with something the fans can remember. It would be a great start for both teams as they enter the new Giants Stadium as well. The buzz is electric in the Meadowlands for the upcoming season!!!

Lucky Jim Sure Is Lucky!!!

Lucky Jim tied a world record at the Meadowlands Horse Race Track!!! Lucky Jim reminded people where “horse” power originally came from by completing a mile in 1:50.1. at the Nat Ray invitational. He tied the record set in 2007 held by Donato Hanover and Giant Diablo.

Lucky Jim has been the talk in the Meadowlands surrounding horse racing this year. He has pulled in just under 1 million dollars in earnings and doing so by only losing one race throughout the year. Jockey, Andy Miller, has been great and really given fans at the race track a horse to root for at the Meadowlands Horse Race Track.

There is only one more race that Lucky Jim will be taking part in. It is the Breeder’s Crown on August 22nd. He is being looked at as the favorite to win the race!!!
